Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Jacob Lucas Dating & Relationship Coaching. To ensure a professional, respectful, and seamless experience for all clients, please review the following booking policy before scheduling your session: Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to book or participate in any coaching session with Jacob Lucas. Session Booking: All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through the official booking system. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with session details and instructions. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are non-negotiable. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or non-attendance, will result in the session being forfeited without refund. Refund Policy: Due to the personalised nature of coaching services, all bookings are non-refundable. However, sessions may be rescheduled within the notice period subject to availability. Confidentiality: All coaching sessions are strictly private and confidential. Jacob Lucas maintains the highest standards of discretion for every client, including high-profile individuals. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients.
